After adopting Office 365, Forrester’s composite small business reported $170,816 in annual savings related to technological, mobility, and control and compliance benefits. One business founder said this about the technological benefits of Office 365: “In the days when we had a server-based solution, if we went down, we went down. Whereas now, if we go down, it’s got nothing to do with Office 365 and it’s got nothing to do with our hardware.
